We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday on the same working day. Delivery is to UK mainland addresses only. We use DPD and Royal Mail as our delivery partners and all orders are sent on a tracked service. Estimated delivery times are 1\u20133 working days and are indicative only \u2014 we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe and are not liable for delays caused by our courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. Free delivery is available on orders over \u00a340. A delivery charge applies to orders under \u00a340 as stated at checkout.

We operate a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk before sending any items back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items claimed during our TikTok Live sessions are not reserved until payment has been completed on our website. By claiming an item during a live, you are expressing an intention to purchase \u2014 this does not constitute a binding contract. Payment must be completed via our website at yournurseryshop.co.uk/tiktok-live/ promptly following the live. We cannot guarantee the availability of live items if payment is delayed. The standard terms relating to orders, payment, delivery and returns apply equally to TikTok Live purchases.
