Orders & Delivery

Ordering & Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 1-3 working days. If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking email once your parcel is on its way.
Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over \u00a340. Orders under \u00a340 will have a delivery charge applied at checkout.
We use DPD and Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of your order. DPD provides next-day tracked delivery with a 1-hour delivery window notification. Royal Mail provides tracked delivery for smaller parcels within 1-2 working days.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the DPD or Royal Mail website. DPD customers will also receive an SMS on the morning of delivery.
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Currently we deliver to mainland UK only. We hope to expand internationally in the future – follow us on TikTok and Instagram to be the first to hear about updates.

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Email us at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 working days with return instructions and the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending your item back.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Your bank may take additional time to process the payment.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.
We are so sorry if this has happened! Please email us at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Yes – this is at the heart of everything we do. We have a dedicated premature baby range with sizes starting from as small as 0.5lb. All our premie items are carefully selected for softness, safety and ease of use for NICU families.
We stock clothing and accessories for babies and children from premature (micro sizes) right through to age 14. Our focus is on the early years – premie, newborn and up to 18 months – but we have a growing range for older children too.
Each product listing includes a size guide where available. Baby clothing sizing can vary between brands, so we always recommend checking the individual brands size chart. If youre unsure, feel free to contact us and well be happy to advise.
Absolutely. All products we stock meet UK and EU safety standards. We take extra care when selecting premie and newborn items, prioritising soft, breathable fabrics, no harsh dyes and safe fastenings appropriate for delicate skin.

We go live on TikTok regularly to showcase items from our store. During the live, you can claim items you want to buy. Once youve claimed an item, simply visit our TikTok Live page on this website, select the price your item was shown at, add it to your basket and checkout securely.
Head to yournurseryshop.co.uk/tiktok-live/ and use the price dropdown to select the amount your item was shown at during the live. Complete your order securely on our website and well dispatch it the same day if ordered before 2pm.
We go live regularly throughout the week – follow us at @your.nursery.shop on TikTok and turn on notifications so you never miss a live. We often announce upcoming lives in advance on our Instagram and TikTok stories.
Our lives feature a wide variety of items including baby clothing, nursery accessories, gift sets, seasonal collections and special clearance deals. Every live is different, so tune in regularly for exclusive items at live prices.
