Free UK Delivery
On all orders over \u00a340. Under \u00a340 a small delivery charge applies.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day.
Tracked Delivery
All orders are fully tracked via DPD or Royal Mail. You\u2019ll receive a tracking link by email.
30-Day Returns
Hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.
Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over \u00a340. For orders under \u00a340, a standard delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Delivery is typically 1-3 working days depending on your location and chosen service.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Our Delivery Partners
We ship using two trusted carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. DPD provides next-day tracked delivery with a one-hour delivery window notification sent to your phone or email. Royal Mail provides tracked delivery for smaller, lighter parcels with an estimated 1-2 working day timeframe.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly on the DPD or Royal Mail website. DPD customers will also receive an SMS or email notification on the morning of delivery with a one-hour delivery window.

Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returns received outside of this 30-day window may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. All original packaging, tags and labels must be intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty: underwear, bodysuits, swimwear and pierced jewellery. Sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable. Please check the product listing carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this for you promptly with a replacement or full refund.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@yournurseryshop.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 working days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
Return Postage
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround for you.
